To Sleep Perchance to Awaken

Cate: Cate calling Goldilocks. Are you there, Goldilocks?

Goldilocks: Goldilocks here, Cate, go ahead, over.

Cate: Why is it every time I try to listen to one of Larry's great clean-up CD's I fall asleep hardly two minutes later?

Goldilocks: I'm guessing it is an enemy ploy to distract you. The ego doesn't want to be undone. I can tell you for a fact, it is feeling very threatened right now and is stepping up its attacks. HQ wants me to warn you.

Cate: Thanks, Goldilocks, message delivered. But it's still very frustrating. But you're right about the Enemy. He's getting more subtle and a lot sneakier with those attacks.

Goldilocks: (seriously) You are keeping your guard up?

Cate: As best as I can. But you know the Enemy. When I think I have it all together...ZAP! Like my badge snapping off right before I start work. I really didn't want to go back out in the cold and search my car. But I'm making an intention to find it. Just like I did my left contact lens last Friday morning.

Goldilocks: I will tell you that you are making incredible progress. HQ is very impressed and so am I. Not sure I could have handled some of those more challenging situations that you found yourself in.

Cate: Thank you, Goldilocks, coming from you that's high praise. I would really like to see my two home businesses take off for the moon. My Power Mall has some great marketing videos now and The Success Work's team with Home Tec is doing great things. I am determined to learn network marketing inside and out. At least Erik is giving me the steps in small bites so its not too much to swallow at one time. But the frustrating thing is, I don't have time to do the instructions like I want to. More frustrations.

Goldilocks: You're still wanting that "get-rich-quick" opportunity aren't you?

Cate: What I want is a consistant income so I can leave RCI forever and sit on my butt and release to freedom.

Goldilocks: Tell that to your ego. My guess is it's turning a deaf ear and turning up the volume on the noisy chatter even more.

Cate: I know it is. So it's my choice. Do I want the noise or do I want the peace. At least I absorbed that before I fell asleep. (chuckling) Tell you what, let me sleep on that and I'll let you know on Monday or Tuesday. Deal?
